The itinerary

Day 01

Depart from Dhaka for Khulna

• Meet your tour guide and depart from Dhaka by bus or train at 10:30 PM.

Day 02

Sail from Khulna to Kotka

• Arrive in Khulna in the morning at 6:30 AM and have breakfast.
• Start for Mongla Port and complete reporting to the authorities. The Sundarbans begin from Mongla Port. This is an overnight journey.
• Reach Kotka.

Day 03

Explore Kochikhali Wildlife Sanctuary

• Have breakfast at 7:00 AM and start the day tour.
• Travel by small boat to explore the deeper side of Kochikhali Wildlife Sanctuary.
• Spend less than one hour at Jamtola Beach, depending on the environmental situation. Jamtola Beach is known as the quietest, finest, and cleanest beach in Bangladesh.
• Hike towards Kotka Forest Station to catch the new boat through the forest.

Day 04

Visit a Remote Sanctuary Area and Return Toward Khulna

• Take the boat early in the morning and head to a remote area of Kochikhali Sanctuary for a closer touch with the forest.
• Ride for 1 or 2 hours, depending on the situation, to return to the main ship before 8:00 AM. Then have breakfast and begin the journey back to Mongla, passing through small rivers and canals to reach the main point.

Day 05

Return from Khulna to Dhaka

• Start for Dhaka at 9:30 PM and arrive at the hotel early the next morning.
