Day 01
Wadi Shab Hike, Keyhole Swim, and Bimmah Sinkhole
- Meet your tour guide at 8:00 a.m. for pickup from the agreed-upon location in Muscat.
- Start your journey to Wadi Shab, which takes approximately 2 hours. Along the way, pass a spectacular coastline, a beautiful rugged mountain range, and small villages of Oman. Wadi Shab is one of the most visited destinations by both locals and international tourists. Once you reach Wadi Shab, cross the gorge in a small boat.
- Walk for 45 minutes through breathtaking canyons and arrive at the pools that lead to the 'keyhole'. Relax here, take a nice cool swim in crystal-clear water, and dive through the narrow keyhole. Inside, you will find a magnificent cave with turquoise water and an incredible waterfall. Next, enjoy a photo opportunity at the lovely Wadi Tiwi.
- Stop for lunch at a local restaurant. After that, head to the white sand beaches and then to the dramatic and attractive Bimmah Sinkhole. You can swim and refresh yourself in the sinkhole's sparkling waters, which are a mix of fresh and salty water. It is 500 meters away from the ocean. Next to the sinkhole is the white beach.
- Head back to your accommodation.
