Description
Explore the grandeur of the various temples and cities and witness the bewitching beauty of Egypt on a cruise on the Nile. Visit the city of Luxor, Kom Ombo, Edfu, Abu Simbel and Aswan to go back in time while seeing the Valley of Kings, Colossi of Memnon, Kom Ombo Temple, High Dam, Hatshepsut Temple, Karnak Temple and Abu Simbel Temples.

Day 1- Aswan Arrival
- The representative will welcome you at the Aswan Airport at the time indicated. We can also meet you in a hotel, at the train station or wherever you prefer.
- We will continue to the pier of the cruise, depending on the time, make the accommodation, and the full board begins from lunch on the first day.
- Then, we will visit the High Dam and the Philae Temple, the pearl of Egypt. The name comes from an island located in the Nile River, 11 kilometres south of Aswan. It was famous for the temples erected during the Ptolemaic and Roman periods dedicated to the worship of the Goddess Isis, a goddess of music, love and joy that spread throughout the Mediterranean until the temple was closed in 430 AD.
- We will return to the cruise for lunch when we finish the tour. In the afternoon, we will take a felucca trip.

Day 2- Abu Simbel & Kom Ombo
- Very early and before breakfast, there is an optional excursion to the temples of Abu Simbel. Abu Simbel is a site of archaeological interest that is made up of Egyptian temples located in Nubia, in southern Egypt. It is located on the western bank of Lake Nasser, about 280 km southwest of Aswan, close to its original location for this excursion; the breakfast will be like a picnic (in the box).
- After returning to the Nile cruise, we will have our lunch and begin the navigation along the Nile, arriving at the Temple of Kom Ombo at sunset, which will be one of the sights that will not be forgotten. The visit to the temple of Kom Ombo; this temple with its special design of the division between two triads of six divinities: Sobek, god in the form of a crocodile with his wife and son and Haroeris, with the head of a falcon accompanied by his wife and son.
- After visiting the temple, we can enter the museum of crocodile mummies that were found in a cemetery on the western bank of the Nile.
- Later, we will continue sailing towards Edfu, where we will dock for dinner and overnight.

Day 3- Edfu - Luxor
- After breakfast, depart to visit the Temple of Edfu. The temple dates from Ancient Egypt and is located on the west bank of the Nile in the city of Edfu, 120 km south of Luxor. It was known as Apollinopolis Magna during the Greco-Roman period, which dedicated the temple to the falcon god Horus of Edfu. It is the second largest temple in Egypt after Karnak and one of the best preserved.
- We will return to the cruise ship that continues sailing towards Esna. There is the famous lock that we will have to cross. a technique of crossing rivers or canals of different levels. This passage through the lock is worth seeing.
- Upon arrival in the majestic city of Luxor (ancient Thebes), we will visit the eastern bank of Luxor, beginning with a visit to the temple of Luxor, from the time of the new kingdom of the pharaohs: Tuthmosis III, Ramses II, Amenophis III and Alexander the Great next to the Nile River.
- We can see the avenue of the 2,500-meter-long sphinxes dating back to the 4th century BC that connected the temple of Luxor with the temple of Karnak; It is the largest temple of worship in the world with more than 23 hectares.
- We will return to the cruise ship, have dinner and spend the night docked in Luxor.

Day 4- Disembarkation in Luxor
- After breakfast, we will vacate the cruise ship cabins and depart early across the Nile River to visit the western bank, which includes the visit to the most important necropolis in Egypt (place of Truth), the Valley of the Kings. The tombs have well-preserved colours with very interesting texts that describe the afterlife and the king's journey to the afterlife of paradise. Our guide chooses the most interesting of those that are opened.
- Then, we will visit the temple of Deir El Bahary, the funerary temple of Pharaoh Hatshepsut from 1480 BC., which has a very rare shape of two ramps and three terraces in front of the cliff of the Theban limestone mountain. You can still see colours on the temple walls that still have a more carved part inside the mountain with the sanctuary of the holy place.
- Next, we will have a stop in front of the Colossi of Memnon; two gigantic statues that were moved from Cairo to flank the entrance to the funerary temple of King Amenophis III, but the temple was lost, and the statues remain, witness to the greatness that the temple possessed in its time.
- After finishing the visit to the temple of Deir El Bahary in Hatshepsut, we will pass by the Colossi of Memnon, two gigantic sandstone statues that belong to the pharaoh Amenhotep III; despite their Greek name; there, we know its interesting legend. The tour ends around 12 noon.
- At the time you want, we will take you to the Luxor airport, the train station or any point in the city you want.
