Day 00: Kilimanjaro Airport – Moshi
- Upon arrival, meet and greet by our transfer driver.
- Transfer to the hotel in Moshi.
- The rest of the day is free for relaxation or exploring Arusha town.
- Evening briefing by our operations team.

Day 1: Moshi – Machame Gate (1790 M) – Machame Camp (3020 M)
- After breakfast, transfer to Kilimanjaro National Park
- Watch the mountain team prepare for the trek
- Begin the hike through the forest with diverse wildlife
- Arrive at Machame Camp at 3000 m
- Tents set up, warm water for washing provided

Day 2: Machame Camp (3020 M) – Shira Camp (3845 M)
- Early start, hike through moorland with shrubs like hardy Ericas
- Shorter stage compared to the previous day
- Arrive at Shira Plateau campsite with stunning views of the mountain and Kibo glacier

Day 3: Shira Camp – Lava Tower Hut (4640 M) – Barranco Camp (3960 M)
- Ascend to Lava Tower at 4640 m for acclimatization
- Traverse Barranco Valley with unique senecios
- Reach Barranco Camp after 6 - 7 hours
- Considered the most beautiful camp on the mountain

Day 4: Barranco Camp (3960 M) – Barafu Camp (4640 M)
- Scale the Barranco Wall with safety measures
- The trail continues with ups and downs, crossing streams
- Lunch in the Karanga Valley
- Reach Barafu Camp (4640 m) for rest and preparation for the summit

Day 5: Barafu Camp – Uhuru Peak (5895 M) – Mweka Camp (3080 M)
- Start the summit trek in the midnight hours
- After 5 - 7 hours, reach Stella Point on the crater rim
- Continue along the crater's edge to Uhuru Peak (5895 m)
- Descent back to Barafu Camp and further to Mweka Camp (3080 m) for overnight stay

Day 6: Mweka Camp (3080 M) – Mweka Gate (1630 M) – Moshi
- After breakfast, descend into the green forest
- It takes approximately 3 hours to reach the gate
- Back to Meru View Lodge in Usa River for celebration and relaxation
