Make the most of your Kathmandu trip with this 4-day journey through the Kathmandu Valley, including a visit to the ancient city of Bhaktapur, a UNESCO World Heritage Site located 20 km east of the capital. Explore the "City of Devotees," one of the valley's three ancient cities and an amazing place worth visiting. You will also walk to the ancient hilltop temple of Changu Narayan, another heritage site known for its impressive architecture and picturesque views, before continuing to Nagarkot for Himalayan sunset and sunrise views.

Day 01

Arrival in Kathmandu and Transfer to Thamel

• Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu, and transfer to your hotel around Thamel.
• Feel free to spend the evening at leisure and then have dinner.

Day 02

Kathmandu Valley Heritage Tour

• After breakfast at the hotel, drive out for a city tour.
• First, go to the Monkey Temple, where you can explore the stupa, enjoy the city view, and see much more.
• Then, drive to Patan Durbar Square.
• Next, head to Pashupatinath and later visit Asia's largest stupa.
• Afterward, return to the hotel.

Day 03

Bhaktapur, Changu Narayan, and Nagarkot

• After breakfast, check out from the hotel and place your luggage in the car or van.
• Then, start exploring another city, Bhaktapur, and visit this ancient heritage city.
• Drive to Changu Narayan Temple.
• Next, if you wish, we can start our hike to Nagarkot from here. During this hike, you can enjoy the natural beauty of Nepal, learn about the lifestyle of Nepali villages, and see beautiful views of high mountains, farming lands, and cities.
• After a 3-hour hike, we can reach Nagarkot and check in at the hotel to view the sunset on the Himalayas and stay overnight.

Day 04

Sunrise in Nagarkot and Departure

• Wake up early in the morning for the beautiful sunrise.
• Then, have breakfast and drive to the airport for departure according to your flight time.
