The itinerary

Day 01

Arrival and Overnight in Lesnovo

In the afternoon, we will pick you up from your accommodation and transfer you by vehicle to Lesnovo. Relax, enjoy coffee and dinner, and stay overnight in Lesnovo.

Day 02

Lesnovo Monastery, Zletovo and Zletovska Reka

In the morning, we will start with a visit to Lesnovo Monastery, followed by a short walk to the Lesnovo mill caves and the cave church and hermitage of St. Bogoroditsa near the village.
Then, we will transfer by vehicle to Zletovo, where we will visit the old pottery workshop and continue in the direction of Zletovska Reka.
Next, we will go to the monasteries of St. Bogoroditsa Balaklija and St. Spiridon right next to Zletovska Reka, and then enjoy three beautiful waterfalls on the river of the same name.
Afterwards, we will head to an old rolling mill and visit a village family, where we will taste compote and sweets made from raspberries, dogwoods, and wild cherries. A little further along the river, we will see an interesting and well-preserved old mill.
In the end, we will enjoy Lake Kneževo and its beautiful nature.
Then, we will have a shared lunch in a beautiful setting at a restaurant on the Zletovska Reka. After lunch, we leave for Kratovo. Relax, enjoy coffee, and stay overnight at Ethno House Shancheva.

Day 03

Kratovo, Kuklitsa and Kriva Palanka

In the morning, after breakfast, we will start with a short walk around the city.
Then, we will head to the underground tunnel in the Alexandria restaurant, the Church of St. John Pretecha, the famous Radin Bridge, Ethno Shancheva with traditional food, "K, cana sol," and a small ethno museum, the Mineral Center, Čaršiški Bridge, the Medieval Clock Tower, Zlatkova Tower, Grofčanski Bridge, the City Museum, and Čaršiska Street.
We will have lunch in a nice ethnic restaurant. Afterwards, relax, enjoy coffee, and continue the day.
Then, we move to the spectacular site of Kuklitsa to look at and enjoy the numerous Stone Dolls, and then have lunch together at the nice ethnic restaurant "Kuklitsa." After that, we continue to Kriva Palanka.
We stay in the lodgings of the magical Monastery of St. Joakim Osogovski. Relax, enjoy coffee, and stay overnight.

Day 04

St. Joakim Osogovski, Kriva Palanka and Kokino

In the morning, we will visit and look around the Monastery of St. Joakim Osogovski, and then go to the beautiful mountain lake Kalin Kamen.
After a short stay at the lake, we will return and have lunch in a nice ethnic restaurant in Kriva Palanka.
We will then sightsee Kriva Palanka, have ice cream in the popular "Sport" patisserie, and explore an ethnic shop.
From Kriva Palanka, we will move to the municipality of Staro Nagoričane, where we will visit the beautiful Monastery of St. George. Later, we will proceed to the wonderful site of the famous Kokino Observatory.
In the end, we will go for lunch and fellowship in a nice ethnic restaurant.
With this, the tour ends, and we will return you to your accommodation.
