Head to the city of Kratovo and explore its medieval towers and bridges, churches and monasteries, old town architecture, narrow cobbled streets with old craft shops that have survived to this day, and remnants of ancient mining. It is one of the oldest, most interesting, and richest cities in history in Macedonia and the Balkans, with unique towers, bridges, and traditional Macedonian architecture. The tour also includes an excursion to Kuklica (Stone Dolls), 12 km from Kratovo, followed by lunch in a nice ethno restaurant.

Explore Kratovo and Visit Kuklica Stone Dolls

Meet your Kratovo tour guide and start the tour.
The tour includes visits to the town's most beautiful places, the city museum, where you will see numerous interesting exhibits from this area, medieval towers, bridges, medieval churches and monasteries, old craft shops, and authentic old figures with houses built in a traditional style. A walk through this old and authentic town is a great experience. For example, there are still beautiful old houses where Jewish families lived in the past.
After visiting the sights in Kratovo, you will be transported 12 km to the locality of Kuklica (Stone Dolls), and at the end of the tour, you will go for lunch in a nice ethno restaurant.
