Coptic Cairo Tour
- In the early morning, meet your tour guide at the hotel to enjoy the Coptic art-themed tour.
- We will start with the Coptic Quarter, the neighbourhood of the oldest Christian monuments in Egypt.
- Then, we will visit the church known by the name Al-Moallaqa, or the Suspended Church, because it was built on top of one of the towers of the Babylonian fortress. Also, go to the Church of San Sergio, known as the Church of the Cave, where the Holy Family was hidden during their flight to Egypt for three months.
- Next, we will proceed to the church of San Jorge.
- Afterwards, we will enjoy a guided tour of the Coptic art museum and see unique art pieces.
- Later, we will go to a local restaurant in Cairo.
- Further, we will continue to the famous site of the Holy Family Tree where Saint Joseph, the Virgin Mary and Jesus rested in the shade of this tree.
- Finally, we will return to the hotel to conclude the tour.
