Princes' Islands Cruise to Büyükada and Heybeli
- Meet your guide at your central Istanbul hotel and travel by air-conditioned coach to Eminönü port for your full-day Princes' Island tour. Hop aboard your boat and cruise to the biggest and most popular Princes Island, Büyükada.
- We'll go under Galata Bridge, and the guide will tell you the bridge's history.
- See Topkapı Palace, the residence of the Ottoman Sultans, exhibiting the imperial treasury, sacred Islamic relics of Prophet Mohammed, kitchens, Chinese porcelain, weapons, and the calligraphy section. Live guide commentary is not allowed in special sections. One of the most iconic images of Istanbul is indeed Kız Kulesi Üsküdar, known in English as Maiden's Tower, Tower of Leandros, or Leander's Tower.
- When we leave Eminönü and reach the island of Heybeli, you can explore the island during your 3 hours of free time.
- Take a break at a restaurant for lunch and enjoy tasty seafood before spending the remainder of your day on your own.
- After lunch, grab your swimsuit and head to the beach to swim or catch some rays. Or perhaps duck into a coastal café or craft shop to check out the local scene.
- Finally, rendezvous with your guide and board your return boat to Istanbul at the predetermined time.
- Once on land, head back to your hotel, where your tour concludes.
