Day 01
Explore Hegra, Old Town, and Elephant Rock
- Meet your tour guide outside the arrival area at Alula Airport after collecting your baggage, or get picked up from your hotel wherever you are staying in Alula. Once you are inside the car, your tour leader will tell you about the journey ahead and other aspects of the tour that may interest you.
- Start your tour with a visit to the UNESCO Heritage Site of Hegra (Madain Saleh). Reach the Winter Park and head towards Hegra by bus. This experience lasts around 2 hours, and tickets are subject to availability.
- Return and then explore the Winter Park, the local park.
- Take a break for lunch, either on a farm or in a restaurant, and then depart for the Maraya visit.
- Check out Alula Old Town and its market.
- Visit the famous Elephant Rock, Jabal Al-Fil. This spectacular rock formation resembles an elephant with its trunk touching the ground.
- Enjoy a magical sunset and capture beautiful moments with your camera to cherish the memory forever. You will also have free time for pictures and can enjoy tea or coffee with snacks.
- Return to your vehicle and drive back to your accommodation or the airport to end the tour.
