  • 11:30 am - Continue to the Paruyr Sevak House Museum, the home of the famous Armenian writer buried in Zangakatun.
  • 1:00 pm - Have lunch at the Yeghegnadzor food court.

In the 13th-14th centuries, the monastery became the residence of Syunik's bishops and, consequently, a major religious and later cultural center of Armenia, closely connected with many local seats of learning, especially Gladzor's famed university and library.
