Khor Virap, Bird Cave, Noravank and Areni Winery
- 8:30 am - Pick up and departure from Yerevan.
- 9:30 am - Reach the famous ancient Armenian monastery of Khor Virap, a place every tourist should visit at least once in life.
- 11:30 am - Continue to the Paruyr Sevak House Museum, the home of the famous Armenian writer buried in Zangakatun.
- 1:00 pm - Have lunch at the Yeghegnadzor food court.
- 2:50 pm - Explore the famous Bird Cave. The cave is a complex of connected small caves consisting of 3 halls and covering an area of about 500 m. Most of the Bird Cave has still not been explored.
- 3:30 pm - Offer prayers at Noravank Monastery, located 122 km from Yerevan in a narrow gorge formed by the Amaghu River, near the town of Yeghegnadzor in Armenia. In the 13th-14th centuries, the monastery became the residence of Syunik's bishops and, consequently, a major religious and later cultural center of Armenia, closely connected with many local seats of learning, especially Gladzor's famed university and library.
- 4:45 pm - Reach Areni winery, which has been the cradle of Armenian winemaking for millennia.
- 6:00 pm - Return from Areni to Yerevan to conclude the tour.
