Day 01

Full-Day Safari in Ruaha National Park

You will be picked up from your Iringa hotel around 6 am and drive to Ruaha National Park.
Discover the park's highland forests, miombo woodlands, lowland savannah with acacia, and mixed woodland, as well as its vast wetlands and plains that are home to an enormous array of water birds. The park is one of Tanzania's bird paradises, with more than 571 species, some of them known to be migrants from within and outside Africa. Ruaha is believed to have a higher concentration of elephants than any national park in East Africa. It is also a place where you may find magnificent mammals like kudu.
Later, return to Iringa in the evening to conclude the tour.
