Day 01

Hoi An Market, Tra Que Village, Cooking Class and Egg Coffee

Our guide will come to your hotel to pick you up. Then, together, we will go to Hoi An Central Market. This step helps you experience the first process of choosing good ingredients for your cooking.
We will then go to the vegetable village of Tra Que to see how Hoi An people grow their vegetables for self-supply and to earn a living.
After leaving the village and taking a boat ride on the river, we will head to our restaurant for the cooking class and finish it off with a cup of egg coffee made by you under the instruction of our bartenders.
Later, you can enjoy your time on the beach by yourself.
