The itinerary

Day 01

Banjul to Toubacouta and Sunset Cruise

Your guide will pick you up from your hotel early in the morning at 6:30 am and drive to Banjul to board the local ferry across to Barra.
Upon arrival on the north bank, you will make your first stop at a local market before crossing the border into Senegal.
On arrival in Senegal, you will be checked into your hotel.
Afterwards, you can choose to relax and take in the beautiful scenery or visit the local market in Toubacouta.
Later, you will set off on a sunset cruise to Shell Island and Bird Island to watch the birds going to roost.

Dinner is at Saloum Delta, a beautiful location.

Day 02

Fathala Reserve Safari and Return to Banjul

After breakfast, you will set off for the famous Fathala Reserve Park.
Upon arrival in Fathala, you will go on an African safari in search of animals.
After the safari, you will have lunch and transfer back to Barra to catch the ferry to Banjul.
You will arrive at your hotel by 4 pm, where the tour ends.
