Itinerary

1. Day 1: Arrival Day-Kilimanjaro Airport (JRO)-Arusha

   • Your private guide will be waiting with a welcoming smile to pick you up at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO). 
   • Relax in your comfortable safari vehicle as he brings you to your hotel in Arusha for an overnight stay. You may have your pre-safari briefing today. If not, it will take place early tomorrow morning, depending on your arrival time.

2. Day 2: Arusha - Serengeti National Park

   • Early in the morning, your guide will pick you up at your hotel. He would give a tour brief if it weren’t done on your arrival.
   • After that, start the fantastic drive to Serengeti National Park. 
   • You will arrive in Serengeti around the early afternoon, where you will have lunch in a picnic area of Serengeti Park.
   •  After lunch, you start an afternoon game drive until late evening, when you will be going to your lodge for a night's stay.

3. Day 3: Serengeti National Park – Ngorongoro Crater

   • Today, we have the whole day to enjoy this magnificent park and its fascinating inhabitants. Enjoy seeing the big groups of different animals like Elephants, Lions, Cheetahs, Buffaloes, Hippopotamuses, Wildebeests and all others in action. 
   • Snap off some memorable photos, but don’t forget to take a deep breath and enjoy nature in its real-time, raw beauty. 
   • You will have lunch at a best view picnic area where you can spot a great view of a central Serengeti. After our game drive, we journey to Ngorongoro.

4. Day 4: Ngorongoro - Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO)

   • After early breakfast, we will descend over 600 meters into the crater to view wildlife for a half day’s safari tour. Supported by a year-round water supply and fodder, the Ngorongoro Crater supports a wide variety of animals, including herds of wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, eland, warthog, hippo, and giant African elephants. Another big draw card to this picturesque national park is its dense population of predators, including lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs and the ever-elusive leopard, which sometimes requires a trained eye to spot. 
   • We will visit Lake Magadi, a large but shallow alkaline lake in the southwestern corner, one of the crater's main features. Many flamingos, hippos and other water birds can usually be seen here.
