Armenia's Sacred Sites and Historic Landmarks
- Early in the morning, connect with your tour guide, who will pick you up from your hotel or the airport to begin the program.
- Begin by heading to one of the most famous sites in Armenia - the Armenian Genocide Memorial. It is dedicated to 1.5 million innocent victims assassinated by Turks in 1915.
- The next stop is the beautiful Church of St. Hripsime.
- Next, proceed to Echmiadzin Holy City, the residence of the Catholicos of the Armenian Apostolic Church.
- Then, explore the Museum of Relics, which includes the legendary Holy Lance that wounded Jesus Christ at the Crucifixion, as well as a fragment of Noah's Ark.
- The final highlight of the day is a visit to the remnants of Zvartnots, a masterpiece of medieval Armenian architecture.
