Day 01

Armenia's Sacred Sites and Historic Landmarks

Early in the morning, connect with your tour guide, who will pick you up from your hotel or the airport to begin the program.
Begin by heading to one of the most famous sites in Armenia - the Armenian Genocide Memorial. It is dedicated to 1.5 million innocent victims assassinated by Turks in 1915.
The next stop is the beautiful Church of St. Hripsime.
Next, proceed to Echmiadzin Holy City, the residence of the Catholicos of the Armenian Apostolic Church.
Then, explore the Museum of Relics, which includes the legendary Holy Lance that wounded Jesus Christ at the Crucifixion, as well as a fragment of Noah's Ark.
The final highlight of the day is a visit to the remnants of Zvartnots, a masterpiece of medieval Armenian architecture.
