Discover the History of Barcelona's Old City
Begin at Catalonia Square and visit the famous boulevard La Rambla and La Boqueria Market.
Continue to the Gothic Quarter to see the Cathedral from the 14th century, Sant Jaume Square with the Town Hall and Government's Palace, King's Square (Plaça del Rei), and the Roman wall from the outside.
Visit the old Jewish Quarter, El Call, and Sant Felip Neri Square.
In the Born District, visit the Santa Maria del Mar Basilica, the Born Cultural Center, and Montcada Street, with its old Gothic palaces, some of which are now partly occupied by the Picasso Museum.
