Itinerary

1. Day 1- Arrival in Kathmandu

   • The flight into Kathmandu Valley is breathtaking, with a panoramic view of the Himalayan ranges and the valley below. A representative will meet you at Tribhuvan International Airport and drive you to your accommodation.

2. Day 2: Kathmandu: Sightseeing and trek Preparation

   • Tour the world heritage sites of Durbar Square, Pashupatinath Temple, Swayambhunath Stupa, and Bouddhanath Stupa. The Durbar Square provides insight into the perceptions of ancient royals. For all Hindus, Pashupatinath Temple is one of the most important pilgrimage sites. The Monkey Temple is also known as Swayambhunath, and the Bouddhanath Stupa is one of the world's biggest stupas.
   • Later in the evening, meet with your trekking guide and prepare for your trek.

3. Day 3: Fly to Lukla, trek to Phakding

   • You'll fly to Lukla, the beginning of all Everest expeditions, early in the morning. In Lukla, you'll meet up with our representative and begin our trek, travel down a route to Cheplung village, where you'll see Mt. Khumbila, a sacred peak that has never been climbed, then progressively drop from here to Phakding.

   Phakding is where you'll spend the night.

4. Day 4: Phakding to Namche Bazaar

   • Today you'll continue on the route that leads north up the Benkar valley, crossing through a pine grove.
   • Before reaching the Everest National Park gate, you'll cross the Dudh Koshi River and proceed through Chumoa and Monjo settlements.
   • After passing through Jorsale village and walking beside the Dudh Koshi and Bhote Koshi rivers, you'll cross a suspension bridge. Then travel a hard route to Namche Bazaar, perhaps the largest settlement in the Everest area.

   Namche Bazaar is where you'll spend the night.

5. Day 5: Acclimatization Day - Namche Bazaar

   • You could visit Namche Bazaar, the Everest or Khumbu region's central town, which has government offices, ATMs, internet cafés, shops, restaurants, and a bustling market.
   • You can climb up to Sagarmatha National Park to see the dawn over the Himalayas, which include Mt. Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Ama Dablam, Thamserku, Kongde, and other peaks, or you can go to Khumjung village if you want to go for a day excursion to go to the Hillary School and a monastery that displays a yeti scalp.

   Namche Bazaar is where you'll spend the night.

6. Day 6: Namche Bazaar - Tengboche

   • It's a short hike till you reach Phunki. From here, ascend to Tengboche village, home to the world-famous Tengboche monastery, the Everest region's largest monastery. It is situated within the UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Sagarmatha National Park. Mt. Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, and Thamserku are among the Himalayan peaks seen from the monastery. The Tengboche Monastery opens at 3 p.m., so if we are there by 3 p.m., you'll be able to witness a Buddhist religious ritual.

   Tengboche is where you will spend the night.

7. Day 7: Tengboche - Dingboche

   • The route drops and meanders through birch, conifer, and rhododendron forests. While trekking, you can have magnificent views of Mt. Everest, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam. To get to Pangboche, you'll trek downhill to Debuche, cross the Imja River, and take the upper Pangboche trail, which offers spectacular views of the Himalayas and the Pangboche Monastery. 
   • Before rising to Dingboche, continue your journey to the Imja Valley and the Lobuche River. It's a lovely community with gorgeous barley, potato, buckwheat fields, and grazing animals.

8. Day 8: Dingboche Acclimatization

   • A day in Dingboche will aid your acclimatization to the high altitude. 
   • Ascend a hill behind the hamlet to see six of the world's tallest peaks, including Lhotse, Makalu, and Cho Oyu, rather than sitting inactive. The Cholatse and Taboche peaks are also worth seeing, and more Himalayan peaks rise above the Khumbu Khola Valley to our north-west. The most prominent summits are Lobuche West, Lobuche East, and Lhotse. 
   • You can also see the scenic Imja Khola Valley and the lovely Dingboche hamlet from another vantage point on the ridge.

   Dingboche is where you will spend the night.

9. Day 9: Dingboche - Duglha

   • Dingboche to Duglha is a rather short route. Today, you are surrounded by the majestic Himalayas at the beginning of your walk. As you get closer to Dusa, the valley begins to shrink. 
   • You'll walk past the site of the first successful Everest Expedition, which took place in 1953. 
   • As you continue on the trek, you can see Mt. Pumori, wave your goodbyes to Mt. Pumori as the route lowers and curves, cross a stream and continue to Duglha, a little settlement with a long strand of prayer flags spanning the valley, where you stay for the night.

10. Day 10 : Duglha - Lobuche

    • Ascend to the Khumbu Glacier's steep terminal ridge. As you reach Chupki Lhara, a ridge with amazing mountain vistas, the route travels through rock wall slopes. The ridge's peak is covered in prayer flags and stones that serve as memorial shrines for climbers who perished on Mt. Everest. 
    • Come face to face with numerous huge peaks as the route descends to the Khumbu Glacier moraine, including Khumbutse, Lingtren, Pumori, and Mahalangur Himal. 
    • You can see Mt. Nuptse as you pass the Khumbu Glacier. 

    Lobuche is where you'll spend the night.

11. Day 11: Lobuche - Gorak Shep - Everest Base Camp

    • The hike to Everest Base Camp is not extremely challenging. You do, however, largely ascend and descend on a glacier trail. On rugged terrains, there is often a lot of meandering. 
    • Observe the beautifully rounded ice towers on the top half of the Khumbu glacier as you approach base camp and gasp at the amazing melt patterns.
    • The base camp offers spectacular views of the Nuptse, Khumbuste, and Pumori mountains. 
    • Then, return to Gorak Shep, where you'll spend the night, after taking in the scenery.

12. Day 12: Gorak Shep - Kala Patthar - Pherice

    • For the hike up to Kala Patthar, get up early. It's dark outdoors, with a low temperature and probable strong winds. Walk at a leisurely pace on a rather steep track. 
    • You'll see the Lingtren, Khumbutse, and Changtse mountains as you walk up the trail. The view from the top is breathtaking. Along with other Himalayan peaks, you can see the world's highest mountain, Everest. 
    • Then, hike back to Gorak Shep after spending some time at the summit of Kala Patthar.

13. Day 13: Pheriche - Namche Bazaar

    • Today, you'll walk on a trail with a lot of ups and downs and drop around 2,000 feet in elevation, then descend a slope of rhododendron and juniper woods before crossing the Dudh Koshi River on a bridge through pine forest, where you can spot mountain goats, pheasants, and other wild animals and birds that are abundant in the region.
    • The trail finally leads to Sansa, where you can see the mountains of Ama Dablam, Thamserku, and Nuptse mountains. 
    • Before arriving at Namche Bazaar, pass through winding pathways and woods. 

    Namche Bazaar is where you'll spend the night.

14. Day 14 Namche Bazaar - Lukla

    • Today, start walking to Namche Bazaar over rugged terrain. It's a downhill hike along the Dudh Koshi River's route before arriving in Lukla, crossing multiple suspension bridges and passing through various monasteries and settlements.
    • Spend the rest of the day after arriving in Lukla resting because today is the last day in the Himalayas

15. Day 15- Kathmandu Departure

    • Fly back to Kathmandu to board the departure flight and conclude the tour.
