Aswan Highlights Tour
- Connect with your tour guide, who will pick you up from your hotel in Aswan to start the program.
- Begin with visiting the Philae Temple. The temple is dedicated to the goddess Isis, and it includes several shrines and sanctuaries that are thousands of years old.
- The next stop is the High Dam. The dam is considered the world's largest embankment dam, with a reservoir capacity of 132km.
- From there, head to the Unfinished Obelisk. Inside one of the quarries of granite stone, it is thought that the female pharaoh Hatshepsut commissioned the work during the 18th dynasty. It would have measured about 42 meters and has been lying there for more than 3,500 years if carved out.
- After visiting these iconic Pharaonic landmarks, return to your hotel/hostel.
