Arlington National Cemetery and Patriotic Memorials

Begin at the Visitors Center, where we will discuss the history of Arlington National Cemetery.
Visit Justice Hill and the graves of John F. Kennedy, Robert Kennedy, and Ted Kennedy.
See the mast of the Maine and experience the Changing of the Guard at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.
Go to Arlington House, the home of Robert E. Lee, and enjoy the magnificent view of Washington, DC.
Visit famous graves, including those of President Taft and Robert Lincoln.
End at the Women in the Military Service Memorial and Museum. Time and interest permitting, we could take the METRO to the Pentagon to see the September 11 Pentagon Memorial and the Air Force Memorial, or walk over to the Marine (Iwo Jima) Memorial.
