Mutianyu Great Wall and Beijing Hutongs

Pick up from your hotel between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.
Visit the Mutianyu section of the Great Wall, about a 1.5 to 2-hour drive away. This is one of the most famous and ideal sections of the Great Wall. Take either the cable car or chair lift up to the breathtaking wall and explore the best-preserved section of this more than 2,000-year-old monumental attraction.
Spend a leisurely 1 to 2 hours hiking up and down the various sections, exploring the watchtowers and marveling at the construction and beauty of the renowned and legendary Wall. Take in the breathtaking panoramic view from the top.
Enjoy an exhilarating toboggan ride back down, or simply return the way you came.
