Day 01

Caminito and La Boca Tango Photography Walk

Meet your tour representative and walk around different areas of Caminito and the surroundings of La Boca in a relatively small and very safe area. We will move within a radius of 2 or 3 blocks.
During this 2-hour walk, you will photograph a professional tango couple in the most beautiful locations for tango photographs in Caminito, La Boca, under the guidance of internationally published travel and landscape photographer Bernardo Galmarini. The backgrounds for your pictures will be the best spots in the most photogenic and traditional neighbourhood of La Boca, where tango itself was born at the end of the 19th century.

Know before you go

Professional advice and guidance from an internationally published travel and landscape photographer, Bernardo Galmarini.
The professional tango dancers, a couple, will pose entirely for you and your needs, with at least two different costumes and various accessories such as hats, jewellery, and more.
The dancers will have special make-up and costumes, which you won't find with the "street posers" dancers, who do more tourist-oriented poses in no more than 5 minutes.
You will have a much larger variety of different photographs, with several poses and backgrounds, with this Tango Session than by trying to achieve the same on your own.
The dancers I hire work regularly in this location, so they, and I, know exactly where to take photos in a very safe environment.
Please don't bring expensive watches or jewellery.
You will experience a unique private photography tour led by a worldwide published and professional native photographer.
My photos have been published in the travel section of National Geographic, Conde Nast Traveller, Travel & Leisure, Washington Post, Lonely Planet, and many more platforms.
We can change locations upon request.
