Doganbey Village and Historic Architecture Tour
- Meet your guide at your pickup point and drive to Doganbey, a village set against the Mykale Mountains (Dilek Mountains). The village was left behind by the Greeks who migrated to Greece during the population exchange after the War of Independence.
- Explore the village's residences, shops, hospital, and fountains, which reflect the architectural features of the late Ottoman period. After the village was abandoned, the people who bought the houses restored them in accordance with their original character.
- The stone houses, narrow streets, and natural beauty of the village - especially admired for its architecture - are well worth seeing. The village was originally founded under the Greek name "Domatia," meaning rooms, and over time it came to be known as "Doğanbey."
- After the tour, you will be transferred to your departure point.
