Day 01

Panamá Viejo and the Spanish Road Experience

Leave your hotel and walk to one of our subway stations to see our modern public transport system and witness how we Panamanians move around.
Walk from the subway station to Balboa Avenue, where we will see part of our fascinating skyline.
On the other side of Balboa Avenue, we will take a public bus in the direction of Panamá Viejo (the Pearl of the Pacific). This ride will take approximately 30 minutes.
Once here, we will walk along the Spanish Road, part of which was the first interoceanic route in the world, connecting the Pacific with the Atlantic.
Visit the ruins of the churches and convents.
Explore the museum of Panamá Viejo and its complete antique collection.
Climb the majestic tower that once guarded the treasures that united two worlds.
After this, we will walk to the bus station to return to the hotel.
