What to bring

• Printed booking confirmation and e-tickets are both accepted.
• We recommend wearing comfortable clothes and shoes.
• In summer, the weather may change rapidly. It is good to bring a light coat or a cardigan and an umbrella, just in case.
• In winter, warm winter clothes with a scarf and hat are recommended, as the temperature can be as low as -35 degrees Celsius.
• It is recommended that you have travel insurance because healthcare costs may be high in the unlikely event of an accident.

• Transfer to your hotel from the airport can be arranged at an extra cost.
• Please make sure your phone is on during the tour day.
• This tour is unavailable on certain days: December 20th-31st, 2021; January 1st, 2nd, 2022.
• The schedule may be adjusted according to your arrival/departure time. For example, if you arrive in the evening on the first day, the highlights city tour may be shifted to the morning of the second day.
• Sightseeing spots will be arranged according to the seasons and the opening hours of each spot.
• Confirmation will be received at the time of booking.
• The tour operates in all weather conditions, so please dress appropriately.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult.
