Day 01

Kampong Phluk Village and Tonle Sap Sunset

• Meet your tour guide and head to the floating village of Kampong Phluk to experience the daily lives of local people. Be amazed by the high stilt houses, built about 6-9 meters above the ground to protect homes from rising water levels from the great Tonle Sap Lake during the wet season from September to January.
• Witness local villagers fishing and logging, and see the mangrove forests.

• Visit the local monastery on the bank of the canal.

• Take a walk around the local market along the way and interact with people in the village.

• Finally, enjoy the sunset over the beautiful Tonle Sap Lake.
