The itinerary

Day 01

Coffee Tour, Poás Volcano and La Paz Waterfall

6:30 am: Pick-up by your tour guide from the hotel.
7:30 am: Go on a coffee tour. Costa Rica offers a combination of ideal conditions to produce quality coffee beans. Higher altitudes, fertile soils of volcanic origin, combined with cool climates and steady rainfall, produce beans with fine flavours and aroma.
10:45 am: Visit Poás Volcano. It is an active 2,697-metre stratovolcano in central Costa Rica and is located within Poás Volcano National Park.
Noon: Explore La Paz Waterfall. In Spanish, it is known as Catarata de La Paz. It is 31 kilometres north of Alajuela, between Vara Blanca and Cinchona.
3:00 pm: End of the tour and return to the hotel.
