Sedona Stargazing and UFO Experience
- Meet your tour guide at 2675 West State Route 89A, Sedona, on the edge of town and begin the tour.
- Learn how to use night vision goggles, lasers, and high-powered binoculars. We use military-grade night vision goggles that allow you to see the stars as if you've traveled back to a time with no light pollution - an experience less than 1% of people will ever have.
- Use infrared binoculars and handheld thermal monoculars to see various forms of light, allowing you to view your surroundings as well as the stars in a unique way. These high-powered binoculars will be used to see the planets and nebulae in the sky, depending on the date, atmospheric conditions, and the time we conduct the tour.
- Have your light painting photo taken - a moment suspended under the stars.
- Learn why the moon is upside down in Arizona.
- Spot planes, planets, galaxies, and spacecraft. You will get to see the Milky Way Galaxy in its best form because of low light pollution and our location being one of 33 Certified IDA International Dark Sky Communities in the USA. Also, track dozens and dozens of satellites and space debris across the sky.
- Hear unique constellation stories from cultures worldwide, and understand the methods our ancestors used to navigate, tell time, and know what season it was.
- Get a chance to see the famous UFOs of Sedona, Jerome, and the Verde Valley, and spend time gazing at the night sky.
