The itinerary

Day 01

Island Views, West End Flavours and Roatán Highlights

Start the day by going up 800 feet above sea level, where you will get a bird's-eye view of the island and the cruise ship port. It is also an excellent spot for souvenir shopping and pictures.
Next, head towards West End Beach. On the way, cruise through some fascinating neighbourhoods where you will experience the local vibes and see local homes as well.
Once you arrive at the West End, visit the chocolate factory, where you can try over 15 flavours. It is also a great spot for some good local food right on the beach. West End also has the best gelato shop right on the shoreline, where you can relax and enjoy some ice cream.
Next, head over to West Bay Hills so you can taste free rum cake and rum at the Roatán Rum Factory. This is also another hilltop viewpoint where you will be able to see the entire island from here.
Once you are ready, head towards the giant Roatán sign for one last family picture.
Then start heading back to port. We make sure to have you back at least 2 hours before the ship leaves.
