The itinerary

Day 01

Arusha to Tarangire National Park Safari

Meet your tour guide at your hotel in Arusha and drive to Tarangire National Park, an enormous park home to a variety of animals, including elephant herds. The Tarangire River is surrounded by stunning grasslands, recurring swamps, and many animal species.
Go on a game drive and spot elephants, giraffes, zebras, buffalo, antelopes, lions, and more.
Try bird-watching here, as the park is home to over 550 bird species.
Drive to the lodge or camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 02

Ngorongoro Crater Wildlife Safari

Wake up, have breakfast, then drive to Ngorongoro and descend into the crater.
Spot wild animals such as black rhinos, Grant's and Thomson's gazelles, lions, leopards, elephants, mountain reedbucks, buffaloes, spotted hyenas, rare wild dogs, and more inside the world's largest caldera.
Look out for unique bird species in the area.
Have a picnic lunch.
Drive to the lodge or camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 03

Lake Manyara National Park and Return to Arusha

Have breakfast, then drive to Lake Manyara National Park, known for its bird species, primate-filled forests, and grassy plains. A large section of the park is covered by Lake Manyara, which is alkaline and therefore home to colonies of flamingos and other water birds.
Go on a game drive and spot elephants, giraffes, hippos, wildebeests, impalas, and groups of monkeys and baboons in the forest near the lake.
Travel to the small village of Mto wa Mbu on the outskirts of Lake Manyara National Park, have a bush lunch, and do a village walk.
Depart for Arusha.
