Day 01

Night Tour of Muscat City Highlights

Arrive in Muscat and meet your tour guide.
Drive by the Royal Opera House, a massive monument commissioned by the Sultan.
Head to the Old Muscat area and take a walk along the Corniche.
Visit Muttrah Souq to discover a mix of the old and the new, along with a myriad of sights, sounds, and fragrances from everyday life. Go souvenir shopping here.
Travel to Muscat's most prominent landmark, the Sultan's Palace, also known as Al Alam Palace. Flanked by the 16th-century Portuguese forts of Jalali and Mirani, the palace is today largely used for ceremonial purposes.
Head back to the starting point, passing the famous Al Bustan Hotel and the popular Wadi Al Kabir area.
Walk to the Muscat View Point, from where you can see the whole city of Muscat from above. Take lots of beautiful photos here.
