Itinerary

1. Day 1: Arrive at Cairo

   • Arrive at Cairo Airport and meet with the tour guide. 
   • Drive to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

2. Day 2: Sightseeing in Cairo

   • Have an early morning breakfast in the hotel the begin with the day's activities.
   • Visit the three large Pyramids: Khéops, Khéphren and Mykérinos and the Sphinx, Lion with a human head which incarnates the king or the god under an aspect avenger. 
   • Travel to the necropolis of Saqqara with the famous pyramid with degrees of king Djoser, the royal pyramids, the funerary texts and the mastabas.
   • Check out the Memphis, a colossus of Ramsès II and an important religious cult center.
   • Travel back to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

3. Day 3: Coptic Cairo

   • Have breakfast in the hotel, then drive to the Citadel of Saladin and visit the mosque of Mohamed Ali. 
   • Travel to Coptic Cairo and check out the Coptic Churches, Coptic Museums, the church of Serge Saint. 
   • Visit the Egyptian Museum, founded in 1857 by the French Egyptologist Auguste Mariette, which is home to more than 120,000 antiques, including the treasure of Tutankhamun.

   Spend the night at the hotel.

4. Day 4: Al Azhar Mosque and Park

   • Have breakfast in the hotel, then visit the Al Azhar mosque, founded in 970, one of Cairo's oldest mosques and the seat of University Al Azhar, the second oldest university still active in the world. 
   • Then visit the Park of Al Azhar, the most recent park and one of the most beautiful landmarks in Cairo. Located just at the North of the citadel, it offers a splendid sight of the mosque of Saladin.
   • Check out the Cemetery nearby. 
   • Go shopping in the Souk Khan el-Khalili. 

   Overnight stay in the hotel in Cairo.

5. Day 5: Departure

   • Have breakfast in the hotel and transfer to Cairo International Airport for your flight back home.
