Itinerary

1. Day 1: Arusha- Tarangire National Park- Mto wa Mbu

   • Have an early morning breakfast and get picked up from Arusha. 
   • Travel to Tarangire National Park, located in the Manyara Region, the park's name originates from the Tarangire River that crosses the park. The landscape is composed of granitic ridges, river valleys, and swamps. The vegetation here is a mix of Acacia woodland, Combretum woodland, seasonally flooded grassland, and baobab trees.
   • Go on a safari to spot elephants, zebra, wildebeest, cape buffalo, waterbuck, giraffe, dik-dik, impala, eland, Grant's gazelle, vervet monkey, banded mongoose, and olive baboon. Also, look for predators like lions, leopards, cheetahs, caracals, honey badgers, and African wild dogs. 
   • Drive to Mto Wa Mbu in Arusha for dinner and overnight stay. 

2. Day 2: Mto wa Mbu- Serengeti National Park

   • Depart for Serengeti National Park from Mto wa Mbu early in the morning. 
   • Arrive at Serengeti National Park and go for a Game Drive. 
   • Witness the annual migration of over 1.5 million white-bearded wildebeests and 250,000 zebras.
   • Spot the numerous Nile crocodiles and honey badgers in the area. 
   • Drive to Seronera campsite for dinner and overnight stay. 

3. Day 3: Serengeti National Park

   • Have an early morning breakfast and go for a safari. 
   • Spot the Big Five which includes, lion, leopard, rhino, elephant and African buffalo at the Serengeti National Park. 
   • Return to Seronera campsite for an overnight stay and dinner. 

4. Day 4: Serengeti- Ngorongoro Crater

   • Head to Ngorongoro Conservation Area from the Serengeti National Park. 
   • Visit the Ngorongoro Crater; the UNESCO World Heritage Site is the world's largest inactive, intact and unfilled volcanic caldera. It formed when a large volcano exploded and collapsed on itself two to three million years ago. The crater is one of the Seven Natural Wonders of Africa. 
   • Spot wild animals like African buffalo, black rhinos, lions, wildebeest, blue monkeys, spotted hyenas, zebras, cheetahs, leopards, and crocodiles. 
   • Drive back to Mto wa Mbu for dinner and overnight stay. 

5. Day 5: Lake Manyara National Park- Arusha

   • Drive to Lake Manyara National Park, a famous park featured in Tarzan, situated between Lake Manyara and the Great Rift Valley.
   • Observe more than 350 different bird species on the lake. 
   • Travel back to Arusha and depart for your destination.
