The itinerary

Day 01

Arrival and Game Drives in Tarangire National Park

Get received at Kilimanjaro International Airport by your tour guide and drive to Arusha for breakfast.
After breakfast, start your 3-hour journey towards Tarangire National Park.
After entering Tarangire National Park, embark on afternoon and evening game drives. You can spot large herds of elephants here, along with baobab trees. Zebras and many wildebeests also migrate to the park during the dry season. Enjoy the glorious landscapes with baobab and acacia trees, woodlands, and seasonal swamps.
Have dinner and stay the night at Tarangire Safari Lodge.

Day 02

Tarangire to Serengeti via Ngorongoro and a Masai Village

After breakfast, leave Tarangire National Park at around 7:30 am and drive for 7 hours towards Serengeti National Park through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area with your packed lunch boxes.
Stop at a Masai village, where you can enjoy Masai cultural activities.
Continue the drive and enjoy an en-route game drive, where you can see different species along the way as you descend into the heart of wild Africa, Serengeti National Park, with its endless plains. Arrive and check in at the camp.
Have dinner and stay the night at either Seronera Wildlife Lodge, Serengeti Sopa Lodge, or Serengeti Serena Lodge.

Day 03

Full-Day Game Drive in Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, depart from your lodge with a packed lunch.
Enjoy a full-day game drive in Serengeti National Park, where you can see predators in action, along with elephants, leopards, impalas, zebras, and several different bird species.
After a delicious lunch, proceed for afternoon and evening game drives.
Have dinner and stay the night at Seronera Wildlife Lodge or Serengeti Sopa Lodge.

Day 04

Morning in Serengeti and Transfer to Ngorongoro Crater

Wake up early in the morning and have breakfast. Go for an early morning game drive inside Serengeti.
Then return for lunch at the camp. After lunch, start driving towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, which is 3 hours away from Serengeti. The Ngorongoro Crater is the largest inactive and intact volcanic caldera in the world, with the highest density of big game in Africa.
Upon arrival, have dinner and stay the night at Ngorongoro Wildlife Lodge or Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge.

Day 05

Ngorongoro Crater Game Drive and Transfer to Lake Manyara

After breakfast, leave the lodge with your lunch boxes and start descending into the crater for your game drive.
You can expect to see groups of lions, massive elephants, wildebeests, zebras, rhinos, and many more animals. You can also enjoy the views of Lake Magadi at the centre of the crater, with a high concentration of flamingos surrounding it.
During the evening, drive to Lake Manyara. Upon arrival, have dinner and stay at Lake Manyara Hotel or Lake Manyara Serena Lodge.

Day 06

Lake Manyara Game Drive and Return to Arusha

After breakfast, start for a game drive with your packed lunch boxes. Spot the famous tree-climbing lions, large herds of elephants, gazelles, and several bird species, including flamingos. Explore the diverse habitats here, including the Rift Valley, dense woodlands, and the soda lake.
Visit the hot spring, Maji Moto, located on the western shores of Lake Manyara.
After lunch, leave for Arusha for your hotel or airport departure.
