Arusha to Tarangire National Park Safari
- After breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park. Tarangire has a diverse landscape with nine scenic vegetation zones. It is also home to some of Africa's giant baobab trees. The Tarangire River, which passes through the park, attracts abundant wildlife, from elephants, lions, leopards, buffaloes, zebras, giraffes and antelopes to various colourful birds. The park is especially famous for having the largest elephant population in Tanzania.
- Stop for a picnic lunch at an observatory inside the park, where you will be able to observe animals drinking water in the river and, many times, lions attacking a thirsty zebra or wildebeest.
Return to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
