Description
Enjoy African Mountain Gorilla Trekking in Uganda’s Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. The Uganda gorilla trek takes you through the dense jungles to encounter the endangered mountain gorillas in the wild. Bwindi Forest is also known for its high biodiversity and excellent bird watching. Also, visit the Batwa Community, see their cultural way of living and indulge in different activities.
Itinerary

Day 1 - Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
- Early morning after breakfast, you will be met by our professional safari guide at the Airport. He will brief you about your 4 days gorilla trekking tour in Uganda.
- As you drive to Bwindi, have a stopover at the equator line where you will take amazing photos of you standing with one leg in the northern hemisphere and another leg in the southern hemisphere.
- After this amazing experience, continue to Mbarara town for lunch.
- After lunch, get back into your tour vehicle and continue to Bwindi, the home of mountain gorillas.
Overnight: Gorilla mist camp.

Day 2 - Gorilla Trekking
- Early morning after breakfast, your guide will drive you to the park visitor’s center and brief you on how to behave while with gorillas at their home. Gorilla trekking has no definite time but is estimated to take 2-8 hours, depending on where they are feeding.
- After allocating them, you are given 1 hour of full experience while you take photos and selfies.
- After that, your tour guide will drive you back to the lodge.
Dinner and overnight at Gorilla mist camp.

Day 3 - Batwa Community Walk and Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi
- After breakfast, be ready to visit the Batwa community and see the most amazing cultural way of living.
- During this wonderful visit, you will experience activities like local coffee processing from dry coffee beans up to the powder and finally taste your own made local coffee from a local home.
- Also, get a banana gin experience. Learn how bananas can be used to make the best gin and be free to taste.
- Visit the local doctor (herbalist.) See and witness how the local African can live for all his life without visiting a hospital but only
- serving on herbs and other materials locally.
- Admire the traditional dance by the Batwa and join them dancing in a local setting.
- Afterwards, get transferred to beautiful Lake Bunyonyi.

Day 4 - Transfer to Kampala/Airport
- After breakfast in the morning, commence your journey to Kampala or the Airport.
- Have lunch on the way and continue for a drop off as you wait for your flight back home.
