Depart early in the morning to the neighbouring island of Santo Antão. Arrive in Porto Novo, the main city of Santo Antão Island, and drive to the mountains.

Stop at the crater of Cova, a volcanic crater where local people farm sweet potatoes, carrots, cassava, oranges, apples, beans, and peas. The view is stunning.

Walk in the middle of a forest of pine trees, mimosas, acacias, and cypress, and discover small hamlets.

Then, continue driving on the Corda road, an amazing cobblestone road built entirely by hand in the mountains between 1960 and 1975.

Enjoy the rest of the day in the picturesque town of Ponta do Sol.

After breakfast, drive for one hour to the fishermen's village of Cruzinha and, from there, walk along a beautiful path built by slaves during the 17th century.

Walk to your hotel in Ponta do Sol and, in the evening, enjoy your dinner in a local restaurant.

In the morning, discover a little of the town of Ribeira Grande, an ancient capital of the island, then drive to Ribeira da Torre valley.

There, you'll explore the most spectacular waterfall on the island.

Walk up along a cobblestone path to the village of Vinha, then continue to the waterfall, enjoy your time there, and refresh yourself in the water.

Then, walk down through agricultural terraces where farmers plant sugarcane, bananas, papayas, guavas, yams, and cassava.

Enjoy a nice lunch in a local homestay and descend to the road.

At the end, drive back to your hotel and enjoy a massage at the end of the day.

Early in the morning, drive on the new road to Porto Novo. Take the ferry back to Mindelo.

Transfer to your hotel to leave your luggage.

Go to the small fishermen's village of São Pedro and enjoy a fantastic experience swimming with the turtles.

There, you'll learn all about the loggerhead turtles, and you will swim very close to them. It's an amazing experience.

Enjoy the beach for a while and drive back to Mindelo.

After breakfast, take a transfer to the airport.
