Colombier Tradition, Paradise Pic and Pinel Island Escape
Meet your guide and visit Colombier Tradition to learn how St Martin became the only island in the Caribbean to produce guava-berries from various guava-berry trees.
Your second stop is higher up the mountain, just above Colombier, at the highest pic on the northern side of the island (French side), called Paradise Pic (Pique Paradis). Here, you will be welcomed at Loterie Farm, where you can choose to hike to the top of the mountain for panoramic views across most of the island. You can also choose to go zip-lining on the farm or simply relax by the pool in its natural surroundings.
Then, drive to another paradise in French Cul de Sac and take the ferry to Pinel Island, where you will have a local lunch from the grill or a choice of French cuisine. Also enjoy some of the best cocktails in the world, from Pina Colada to the mixed drink "Sex on the Beach," or savour a local bottle of guava-berry rhum or punch bought either at the distillery in Colombier or the boutique in Marigot.
After lunch and cocktails, you can finally take a swim in the crystal-clear waters or soak up the sun in "Sunshine City."
