Day 01

Walk Through Rovinj's Historic Streets to St Euphemia

Wander through the stone-paved narrow streets of Rovinj and head to the top of the hill to reach the Church of St Euphemia. Along the way, pass some amazing historical sites, including:
- The Square on the Bridge.
- Arch of Balbi: This arch leads to Grisia Street and stands on the site of the old town gate.
- City Hall: Its bright facade combines features of Classicism, Baroque, Renaissance, and the Middle Ages.
- Street of Grisia: This pedestrian-only street, made up of marble stepping stones, is the town's artisan paradise.
Once inside the church, peek behind one of its altars to see what is kept in the marble sarcophagus.
