Day 01
Les mamelles Forest, Deshaies Lunch and Ranch Horseback Ride
- Meet your tour guide at the meeting point and head straight to the tropical forest of Les mamelles, where your first stop will be the mini-waterfall of Cascade des Ecrevises to admire its wonderful basin of running freshwater.
- Next, take a 5-minute drive to Maison de la Foret, overlooking the flowing river, where you can take pictures while standing on the drawbridge. Admire the surrounding nature, with green plants, flowers, trees, birds, raccoons, and other creatures.
- After refreshments, drive north through Basse-Terre towards the botanical garden. Discover more lively plants and flowers, including orchids and pink flamingos, representing romance and life balance.
- Then head down the hill to join local chefs in the heart of the community of Deshaies, where you will enjoy a local lunch. Savour tasty treats and seafood specialties from the menu.
- Continue to the last stop and the main event at the ranch, where you will meet the horses and take them out for a gallop between sea and land.
