The itinerary

Day 01

Mandore Garden is a beautiful tourist spot which is 9 kms far away from the main city. The Mandore garden is the collection of memorials and temples of the Marwar dynasty. The major attraction of Mandore gardens is the Royal cenotaphs. The Royal Cenotaphs are made of red stone. Each cenotaph is unique and completely different from one other. The major attraction is the cenotaph of Maharaja Ajit Singh built in 1793. It is the largest cenotaph in the gardens with a combination of temple and cenotaph.

The highlight of this place is the "Hall of Heroes" which houses sixteen gigantic figures chiseled out of one single rock. The statues are either of popular Hindu deities or famous folk deities.

In this garden Langur monkeys roam. Langur monkey troupes roaming in the garden and making a nuisance of themselves is an attraction here.

Finally, if you climb the hill. You can watch the ruined Mandore Fort and its Palace, Ravana Temple.

Day 02

Osian is an ancient town located in the Jodhpur District of Rajasthan state in western India. It is an oasis in the Thar Desert.

Osian is famous as home to the cluster of ruined Hindu and Jain temples dating from 08th - 12th centuries. Today it is a desert oasis with sixteen Brahamanical and Jain temples, Beautifully sculpted and designed, most of which have stood the ravages of time.

We will start visiting of temples in Osian and then will move for camel riding in the desert during the lovely sunset and capture the beautiful memories in your heart and phone.

Day 03

Sachiya Mata Temple of Osian is situated on a hill, towards the north-east of the Mahavira Temple is the most preferred attraction of the city. It is dedicated to the wife of Lord Indra, Goddess Sachiya Mata who is of equal significance to both Jains and Hindus.

There is also nearby Kali Temple. The Kali Temple is an ancient temple of the town, with its history dating back to the 8th century AD. The temple is dedicated to Devi Kali who symbolizes empowerment and is a form of Goddess Durga.

Day 04

The Surya temple, located in Osian, near Jodhpur of Rajasthan is dedicated to the Sun God, Surya as the name suggests. It has the idol of Lord Surya and the idols of Lord Ganesha and Goddess Durga are also kept in the temple along with it. The temple is also popularly known as "Khajuraho of Rajasthan".

Day 05

The Mahavira Temple dates back to the Saka period in the 8th century when it was built in honour of the 24th Jain Tirthankara(God) of the Jain community, Lord Mahavira.

You can also visit Harihara temple nearby Jain Temple. Harihara Temples, are a conglomeration of three temples dedicated to Lord Harihara. Located in the southern part of the town of Osian and the type of workmanship and architecture reflecting here are a class apart from the other temples of Osian.
