Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive in Kathmandu and Transfer to Hotel
- Meet your tour guide at the Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu. Our airport representative will be there to receive you holding your name on a placard with a pleasant welcome smile.
- Drive to the hotel in Kathmandu for your stay in the capital.

Day 2: Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara (823m/2,700ft): 6 hrs drive
- Have breakfast and start your journey to Pokhara by road. It will take approximately 6 hours to reach Pokhara, the beautiful city on the lakeside.
- Start feeling the cool mountain breeze and pleasant weather in Pokhara itself. In the evening, you can go for a walk at Phewa lakeside and enjoy live music in local pubs.

Day 3: Fly From Pokhara to Jomsom and Trek to Kagbeni (2,858m/9,375ft): 3-4 hrs
- Take a flight to reach Jomsom from Pokhara. Jomsom is the regional headquarter of Mustang. After a 20 minutes flight, begin your trek from Jomsom to Kagbeni.
- Walk north alongside the Kali Gandaki river for 3 hours and you will reach Kagbeni, the gateway to Upper Mustang.

Day 4: Trek from Kagbeni to Chele (3050m/10,004ft): 5-6 hrs
- Continue your trek to the eastern bank of the Kali Gandaki river climbing through ridges and head north to reach the village of Tangbe. Towards the south of Kagbeni, the majestic Nilgiri stands tall and high.
- Walk for 2 hours and cross the Kali Gandaki river leading you to the village of Chhusang.
- Climb a rocky red cliff and cross Kali Gandaki valley, you will reach Chele. Here you will notice the transition of Manangi culture to Tibetan culture.

Day 5: Trek from Chele to Syanboche (3475m/11,398ft): 6-7 hrs
- Have breakfast. Today will be a long day hike as we will walk for 6 hours through captivating caves and amazing mountain views.
- Pass along the Taklam La pass (3,624m) and the Darjori La pass (3,735m). To reach Syangbochen you will walk along through the Samar village with ridge steep trail.

Day 6: Trek from Syanbochen to Ghami (3520m/11,546ft): 5-6 hrs
- Hike gently up, you will reach a pass and trek down to reach Gelling village.
- Hike uphill to head towards Nyi La pass.
- Descend down for an hour to reach a trail junction, taking the trail on the left will lead you to reach Ghaymi. The right trail will lead you to Charang. In Ghami, The houses are clustered and built with whitewashed mud and stones covered with overhanging cliffs.

Day 7: Trek from Ghami to Charang (3500m/11,480ft): 4-5 hrs
- Trek to Charang, the driest place in Mustang. It is a pretty tiring trek via rough terrains. But at the destination, the views are mind-boggling, remote countryside with mountains in all four directions.
- Rest once you reach Charang, a village situated at the top of Charng Cgu Canyon. There are medieval forts and Red Gompas, which houses spectacular statues and Thang-ka collections in the east of the Charang village.

Day 8: Trek from Charang to Lo-Mangthang (3700m/12,136ft): 5-6 hrs
- Have breakfast at Charang, today is the most exciting part of your trek.
- Head towards the ancient capital of Lo (Mustang) Lo Managthang. The city of Lo Mangthang was founded in 1380 by Ame pal and was the walled capital of Lo kingdom. The city of Lo accommodates 150 households and residences for lama gurus.
- Trek to Lo- Gekar, the oldest Gompa in Nepal (older than the Samye Gompa of Tibet). You will have the opportunity of visiting the ancient temples and monasteries of the region and periphery of impressive Royal palaces, where the royal family resides.

Day 9: Explore Lo-Mangthang
- Lease horses to guide you through the beautiful valley for sightseeing.
- Begin with a 2-hour visit of Namgyal Gompa, situated on a hilltop carrying high socio- religious importance. This Gompa serves as a courthouse at the Kingdom of Lo. The villages of Tingkar are situated northwest of Lo Mangthang with its 40 households.
- Visit Champa Lhkang, where you will witness mandala paintings on stone walls and a large Buddha statue.

Day 10: Trek from Lo-Mangthang to Dhamkar (3810 m/12,500ft): 6-7 hrs
- Take the upper highland trail towards Gyakar village. The trek is rewarding with spectacular views of Lo Managthang and the Charang Valley, with snow-capped mountains in the background.
- Cross the Dhi Pass to reach Dhamkar.

Day 11: Trek from Dhakmar to Ghiling (3806m/12,484ft): 5-6 hrs
- Have breakfast at Dhamkar and trek through dry terrains and strong winds.
- Pass through some terraced farmlands to reach Ghiling (walking 5-6 hours). You will get to see the amazing views of Mount Dhaulagiri and Mount Nilgiri in the background.

Day 12: Trek from Ghiling to Chhuksang (2980m/9,777ft): 5-6 hrs
- Continue to trek over steep ridges and high hills. You will reach Tetang, the upper village of Chhuksang, which lies between two hills.
- Hike for 5-6 hours and notice how people in mountain villages live and survive.
- Cross along lots of small villages during your hike.

Day 13: Trek from Chhuksang to Jomsom (2700/8,856ft): 6-7 hrs
- Pass through Jharkot village and visit the local monastery, the Grand Tebitan Herbal Medicine Center on your last day of the trek.
- Visit ancient forts and enjoy the view of Kali Gandaki valley and Kagbeni village, while heading to Jomsom.

Day 14: Fly back to Pokhara and Drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu
- Take an early flight to Pokhara from Jomsom.
- Take a bus ride to return to Kathmandu. You will reach by evening.

Day 15: Departure from Kathmandu
- Depart from Kathmandu. Our airport representative will receive you at the hotel to drive you to the Tribhuvan International Airport a few hours before your departure.
