The itinerary

Day 01

Cairo to Bahariya Oasis and White Desert

• At 07:00 in the morning, your guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel in Cairo and transfer you to Bahariya Oasis, about 350 km east of Cairo. This trip takes about 4 hours. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant in Bahariya Oasis.
• Then, continue to visit the Black Desert and the natural hot spring of El Haize Valley. Finally, see the quartz crystal at Crystal Mountain and the rock formations of Agabat Valley.
• Keep driving to White Desert National Park, Egypt's best-known desert destination. The amount of natural and magnificent rock formations sculpted by the wind in the shape of giant mushrooms or pebbles is unmatched in any desert in the world. Then, transfer back to the campsite in Al Haiz for an overnight stay.

Day 02

Bahariya Oasis Highlights and Return to Cairo

• Have breakfast at the campsite. Then, drive to Bahariya Oasis to visit the Valley of the Golden Mummies, a huge burial site in the western desert of Egypt, and the Tomb of Bannantiu in Bahariya Oasis.
• Enjoy the English House climbing, the dunes, and the salt lake. Then, have lunch at Bahariya Oasis before returning to Cairo.
