The itinerary

Day 01

Journey from Cairo to Siwa Oasis

Pick up from your hotel in Cairo in an air-conditioned vehicle to begin the trip.
Drive to Siwa Oasis, which is about 10 hours away.
Arrive in the afternoon and check in at your hotel to spend the rest of the afternoon at leisure.

Day 02

Shali, Dead Mountain, Temples and Sunset at Fitnas Island

After breakfast, enjoy a visit to the old town of Siwa (Shali), which means "town" in Amazigh, the local spoken language.
Then transfer to see the Dead Mountain.
Visit the Alexander Temple at Aghurmi Village, which is dedicated to the god Amon.
Explore the temple of Amon Ra at Um Ubeyda.
After this, head to the source of Cleopatra (Un Guba) and end the trip with a visit to the Siwa House Museum.
In the afternoon, transfer to Fitnas Island to enjoy the unique view of the sunset.

Day 03

Siwa Desert Excursion via Maraki Village

Have breakfast at the hotel and start the trip to the Siwa Desert, with Maraki Village as a stop.
Drive through the desert to stop at one of Great Siwa Mountain's unique archaeological panels, where the first human footprint above the mountain was found from prehistoric times.

Day 04

Return to Cairo

After breakfast, transfer to your accommodation in Cairo.
