What to bring

  • Original passport or ID for the visit. It must be presented at the entrance to the monument.
  • Comfortable shoes
  • Cool clothes and a cap or hat in summer
  • Warm clothes in winter

  • Alhambra regulations do not allow modifications to the data included in the reservation.
  • Punctuality is essential.
  • Wear a mask until health authorities confirm otherwise.
  • The visit is partially accessible, with modifications to the itinerary at some points of the monument. It is important to communicate this at the time of booking so everything can be prepared and organized.
  • Bring your passport or ID. Alhambra staff may ask to see your passport to verify ownership of your tickets. If you do not have it with you, you will not be allowed to enter the monument.
  • This activity takes place in all weather conditions. In case of rain, the visit will proceed as normal, so we recommend bringing an umbrella or appropriate rain gear.
  • In summer, it can be very hot, so don't forget a hat or cap, sunglasses, sunscreen, and water.
  • Please wear comfortable shoes and clothing.
  • Note: The start time will be confirmed after tickets are purchased, so some flexibility with your schedule is required.
  • Pets are not allowed. Only assistance dogs are permitted. In this case, they must present their identification card. The rules indicated on the card regarding the access of assistance dogs must be followed.
