5-Day Sri Lanka Exploration Tour with Sigiriya and Kandy

• Be welcomed by your guide at the airport before your transfer to Sigiriya.
• Visit Elephant Orphanage in Pinnawela. This elephant orphanage was set up especially for abandoned or injured baby elephants. They are reared here and trained to become working animals. Feeding and bathing in the river provide the best opportunities to see the animals up close.

• Visit the Peradeniya Botanical Garden. Admire the amazing variety of trees, plants, and flowers.
• Leave for Nuwara Eliya.
• Visit a tea factory en route to see how the world's favourite drink is prepared.
• Visit Hakgala Botanical Gardens, which houses an exotic collection of roses and ferns.

Overnight at Nuwara Eliya.

• Proceed to Colombo to view St. Clair's and Devon Falls. Visit the location where the Oscar-winning movie "Bridge on the River Kwai" was filmed en route.
• Enjoy an evening city and shopping tour of Colombo.
• Visit many of Colombo's historical, religious, and commercial sites, including the historic and bustling Fort and Pettah, the elite residential Cinnamon Gardens, Galle Face Green, Viharamahadevi Park, and much more.

Overnight stay at a beach hotel in Negombo.

• Spend the day enjoying independent leisure activities. Go to the beach, the most popular natural attraction in Sri Lanka. The major beach resort on the west coast is Negombo.
• The fish market is also worth visiting. You can savour delicious fish here.
• Go to the airport for departure.
