The journey
Explore the Galapagos Islands over 8 days with hikes, kayaking, snorkelling, biking, and conservation work across San Cristóbal, Isabela, and Santa Cruz. Spot remarkable wildlife including sea lions, marine iguanas, tropical birds, swallow-tailed gulls, turtles, rays, and small reef sharks while enjoying mesmerizing scenery and striking lava landscapes. The journey also includes visits to uninhabited islands for even more wildlife encounters and marine adventures.
Back on the boat, navigate to Kicker Rock: around this tuff cone, we can usually swim with turtles, rays, and even small reef sharks!

Day by day
Arrival at San Cristobal island around mid-day.
After lunch, depart for a great hike to the Loberia cliff, looking for sea lions, marine iguanas, tropical birds, swallow-tailed gulls.
With the special touch of the program, reach the high part and do conservation work in a local Finca with nice views over the north coast.
Remove invasive species of plants and help to plant fragile endemic plants, contributing to the island conservancy.
After breakfast, go on a speedboat to Baquerizo Beach and begin kayaking, passing by Lobos Island on to Manglecito beach.
Back on the boat, navigate to Kicker Rock: around this tuff cone, we can usually swim with turtles, rays, and even small reef sharks!
Back to Lobos Island, snorkel and then back to port.
Take an early flight to Isabela Island (lasts 40mn).
At arrival, transfer to the hotel, and depart for a boat ride to the Cabo Rosa underwater tunnels, an amazing lava formation.
Afterwards, reach the “Finados”, a great place to snorkel between mangroves and lava; you may even see horses!
After breakfast, reach the high part of the island and begin a 16km hike that will take us to Sierra Negra volcano and Chico volcano through impressive lava scenery.
Lunch will be served in a local Finca.
Back to port around 3 pm, free time.
At 7 am, speedboat to Santa Cruz. The ride takes around 2hours.
At arrival, drive to the highlands and downhill biking from Cerro Mesa to Garrapatero beach, looking for giant tortoises along the way.
Lunch at the beach, and then kayak through the mangroves looking for marine turtles.
Today we will either visit Bartolomé, Seymour, Plazas or Santa Fé island. These are uninhabited islands that will allow you to see more wildlife.
The trip is made on a small yacht. Snorkel included. Back to port around 5 pm.
All flights depart in the morning. Until we pick you up, you have some free time for last-minute souvenir shopping or visit the Charles Darwin Station (entrance free).
