Day 01

Wonchi Crater Lake, Boat Trip and Island Church

Pick up either from your hotel or from the airport, then drive for 2 and a half hours west of Addis Ababa.
Visit Wonchi Crater Lake and enjoy a boat trip.
Go hiking for a few kilometers.
Head to one of the oldest churches, St. Cherqos Church, found in the middle of one of the islands.
See the natural hot springs and the sparkling mineral waters.
Experience the greenery and the birdlife that surrounds the lake.
Have a picnic lunch near the crater lake.
