Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple and Colossi of Memnon
First, visit the Valley of the Kings, a magnificent burial site that reflects the grandeur of ancient Egyptian architecture. Many kings were buried in this valley, and the best-known tombs include those of King Tutmosis I, Tutmosis III, Tut-Ankh-Amon, King Ramssess VI, King Mrenptah, and Amonhotep II.
Then continue to the Temple of Queen Hatshipsut, built by Queen Hatshepsut, daughter of Thutmosis I, who ruled Egypt for about 20 years during the 18th Dynasty (1490-1469 B.C.). She was the only pharaonic woman to reign in ancient Egypt.
There will be a short photo stop at the great Colossi of Agamemnon before you are taken back to the hotel.
