Bhaktapur, known as Khwopa, is the center of Newari art, architecture and its unique culture. It has been the ancient capital since the 12th century of the Malla Dynasty. Almost 12km from Kathmandu. It is one of the UNESCO heritage sites in the valley. The beautiful multi-roofed temple, vibrant alleys and the people will lure you and make you fall for this most splendid city in the country. It is famous for King Curd and other popular Newari local foods.

A Day In Bhaktapur
- Pick up from the hotel at 9:00 am and drive to Bhaktapur.
- Visit the Durbar Square, the royal palace of the old Bhaktapur Kingdom, 1,400 metres above sea level. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
- Explore the Pottery Square
- visit Taumadhi Square, where lies the tallest temple in the town. Then we explore the city to reach Dattatray Square, an ancient Hindu education center.
- See a traditional small-scale industry and get a chance to encounter different festivals. Head back to the hotel at 2:00 pm.
